I am buying a property and have been asked by the mortgage lender to provide an estimate for repairs to the basement at the property. The repairs will be a condition of the mortgage.
Are you able to provide a rough estimate (preferably itemized) based a structural assessment from the inspection? If you are able to visit the property, we may also be able to schedule a time with the seller. I can email the structural portion of the inspection.
