"We live in Tennessee and had B-Dry install their basement waterproofing system along three walls in our unfinished basement before we re-modeled and added a kitchen area, new tile, carpet, etc.... to finish out a family room. The installation was done around 9 years ago, and all through these past years we never really had a water issue, as our downstairs basement is a walkout, but we erred on the side of "caution and prevention", before we spent the time, effort, and money re-modeling. We didn't want any future water problems. Although the Zoeller pump and the B-dry system may not have been too necessary through the last nine years.....it sure paid over the last week here in Tennessee, as the weather system that came through gave us over 5+ inches of rain. The B-Dry system worked to perfection, as during the second night of area flooding, the pump came on every 30-40 seconds, and that lasted all night before tapering off the next afternoon. A lot of water was collected through the system and pumped out, and the investment WAS WORTH IT, because our downstairs stayed completely DRY.....I recommend everyone install a waterproofing system in an underground basement or crawl space in their home, and I recommend B-Dry as the company to do it. I am an engineer by trade, and I researched the system, talked with a structural/design engineer with B-Dry, and it is a sound design and investment."

Wet Basement or Leaky Basement

Wet basment and leaky basement are the two most common complaints our customers have when they call in.  Water entering the home can enter in a few different ways, however, what you will notice is puddling of water in your basement, garage or crawl space.
